We are a highly efficient, high volume producer of baked, fresh and frozen products.  We operate 11 lines in our 237,000 square foot facility, producing over 400 products that are distributed across North America.

foodservice and in-store bakery expertise

We understand the unique and different needs of both our foodservice and in-store bakery customers. We offer expertise in purchasing, packaging, new product development, customer service, quality assurance and logistics.

We operate a fresh DSD distribution within the province of Ontario.  Our 37 independent distributor network deliver fresh products to our in-store bakery customers daily.
