Breakfast as we know is the most important meal of the day. But with today’s busy schedules many of us either skip, grab something on the go or get stuck eating the same thing over and over again. Balancing nutrition with new ideas can be a challenge first thing in the morning.

Luxurious Mascarpone Cheese
A little lap of luxury and a taste of the exotic. Add a little maple syrup to mascarpone cheese and then dollop or pipe onto a toasted crumpet. Add some exotic fruit and voila, a nice presentation, fit for a king …. or queen.
The Classic English Breakfast Sandwich
Try our delightfully lightly toasted English muffins topped with a slice of Swiss cheese and ham with an egg white omelet. Finish with a dollop of sour cream with fresh chives. Add a few chopped Spanish onions and fresh tomatoes for colour and flavour. Delicious with or without breakfast sausage.
