Bound to be a household favourite, our hotcakes are a moist and flavourful bakery cake studded with real maple nuggets. They can be served toasted, heated in the microwave or ambient directly from the package.
Delcious when served with a favourite breakfast topping like maple syrup. Kids will love using their imagination in making hotcake sandwiches!
Available fresh or frozen, our hotcakes are available in retail-size and foodservice bulk packages.
handling and preparation
Conventional Oven: Place 12 frozen hot-cakes on a tray in a pre-heated conventional oven, set at 350°F for 7 - 9 min, to reach an internal core temperature of 115 to 120°F.* Please note that these recommendations be used as guidelines and time/temp may vary depending on oven conditions, and load. Microwave: 4 - 6 units for 1 to 1.5 Mins.*Time may vary depending on strength of the microwave.
